Nemo

Essentially I did what the tutorial said but I used a harder smudge tool to make it look tie-dyesque. I also used exclusion for the fill on each layer and colored in the eyes to look more real. I didn't put the stripes on his body because it would make it very hard to see the swirly pattern on his body. I like doing psychedelic photos so expect more stuff like this.

This is what I made from the tutorial. Didn't exactly know what I was going for...

Here's anotherI called it "Effects of LSD" I used essentially the same brush as the last one but made it fade quicker and made the brush more round.

this one is using a wet sponge and then kinda messing with a normal brush with overlay and linear light settings.

I don't remember what the tutorial was called

We used a lot of layers that seemed unnecessary. I would have just adjusted the image contrast, brightness, color balance, ect. using Image>Adjust. Even though you cant change the blending mode like that, you can still make the same effect.

Metal Texture to Skin

I made a brush metal texture in photoshop by making the background a shade of gray, adding noise, and then motion blur. Then I added light to make it look realistic.
Then I got a picture of me and applied the metal texture to my skin and added a little shading here and there and viola, there it is.
