I made a brush metal texture in photoshop by making the background a shade of gray, adding noise, and then motion blur. Then I added light to make it look realistic.
Then I got a picture of me and applied the metal texture to my skin and added a little shading here and there and viola, there it is.
I like this but to make it look realistic you need to use the wrap tool. the give it dimension.
